New Fleet of Carts & Upgraded Maintenance Equipment
The portfolio is kicking off the year with a completely new fleet of carts, and we’ve expanded our cart inventory to better meet the needs of our golfers. Enjoy a smoother and more comfortable ride plus USB charging ports the next time you come and play!
In addition, we’ve upgraded our aging maintenance equipment, including mowers, rollers, earthwork machinery, trucks, and lithium-powered utility vehicles, ensuring our agronomy team has the best tools to maintain the courses at a high-level of quality.
New Irrigation Systems At Woodland and Neumann
This an important step forward in maintaining healthy turf, improving course playability, and enhancing comfort both on and off the course – all while reducing water usage and increasing efficiency.
While minor construction activity may occasionally be visible, playability and daily operations are expected to continue with only minimal interruption. Our teams are carefully coordinating all work to ensure your golf experience remains enjoyable throughout the season.
New Clubhouse Project At California
California will receive upgraded clubhouse and restroom renovations to improve guest experience. We hope it will create a welcoming space for the community to gather and enjoy the game.
