California Golf Course is situated on a gently sloping terrain overlooking the Ohio River; the course’s beauty is only outdone by a spectacular layout. Both challenging for advanced players and welcoming of beginners, the course is known for its friendly atmosphere and towering old growth trees.
We offer a fully stocked golf with a wide selection of competitively priced golf equipment and apparel. Our professional staff is there to assist you with any purchases or questions you may have. We also offer grab and go favorites, completed by hot dogs, soft drinks and ice cold beer.

GOLFERS WITH DISABILITIES
We welcome golfers with disabilities. The course will make reasonable accommodations to ensure that golfers with disabilities are able to enjoy the course. Please contact the General Manager or Head Golf Professional at the course for more information.
TEE TIME POLICY
If you wish to cancel your reservation, the course requests that you do so at least 24 hours before the start of your round. However, at no point during the online reservation process will your credit card be charged by the course for the amount due at course. Cancellations inside the 24-hour cancellation window are subject to being charged to the credit card at the applicable rate.
California Golf Course in Cincinnati, Ohio is open seasonally.
– March through October: 7:00 AM until dark (approximately 9:00 PM)
– November through February: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Hours may vary based on weather and daylight conditions. We recommend calling the golf shop before your visit during the winter season.

Booking online allows golfers to view available tee times, compare rates, and reserve rounds 24 hours a day.
California Golf Course offers several booking windows:
– General public: Up to 10 days in advance online
– Phone reservations: Up to 7 days in advance
– Eagle Pass Members: Up to 15 days in advance
Booking early is recommended, especially for weekend tee times and peak golf season in Cincinnati.
Yes. Golf lessons and clinics are available through the CRC Golf Academy. Instruction is offered for golfers of all skill levels and includes private lessons, clinics, and player development programs.

Yes. Golf carts are available for all players.
Current cart fees are:
9 holes: $10 per rider
18 holes: $18 per rider
Cart availability may be limited during busy periods or adverse weather conditions.
Yes. California Golf Course offers rental club sets for golfers visiting Cincinnati or those without their own equipment.
Standard rental set: $10
Premium Cleveland Golf rental set: $30
California Golf Course maintains a relaxed atmosphere and collared shirts are preferred. Golfers are encouraged to wear appropriate golf attire for a comfortable and enjoyable round.
California Golf Course features two putting greens where golfers can warm up before their round or practice their short game.
The facility does not have a driving range.
Yes. Children are welcome at California Golf Course.
For safety reasons, golfers must be at least 6 years old to be on the golf course.
No. California Golf Course does not currently offer on-course water stations. Golfers are encouraged to bring water or purchase beverages from the clubhouse before their round.

Yes. Rain checks are issued when weather conditions significantly impact play.
Because California Golf Course is a municipal facility, cash refunds are not provided. Rain checks are issued instead and may be used toward a future round.
Yes. Non-playing riders may be permitted based on golf course occupancy and cart availability.
All riders must pay the applicable cart fee and approval is granted at the discretion of golf course management.
No. Golf carts at California Golf Course are not equipped with GPS systems.
Yes. Singles, twosomes, and threesomes may be paired with other golfers at the discretion of management to maximize tee sheet availability and maintain pace of play.
